2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case in Special S.C.No.31 of 2021 within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 07.02.2025 gya To 1.
