The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the investigation both in case and case in counter are completed. As far as the case against this petitioner is concerned, final report filed through e-filing before the Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur. As far as the counter case is concerned, wound certificate is awaited. As soon as the wound certificate obtained, final report will be filed. 3.
Considering the nature of the case and the manner in which the investigation been done, this Court finds no reason to entertain this Petition seeking transfer of investigation. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
