1. M/s.Sivams Foundation and 4 others .... Respondents ---- This application has been filed seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for extending the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award.

3. This Court has also perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this application and since sufficient cause has been shown, this Court is inclined to allow this application as prayed for.

4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by both the learned counsels that the arbitration is in the arguments stage.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this application is allowed as prayed for. The time is extended for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the Arbitral Award by another period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
