Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service till the end of the academic year 2015-2016 i.e., up to 31.05.2016 as per G.O.Ms.No.281, Education Department, dated 13.02.1981.

Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, after taking notice and getting instructions from the 1st respondent, fairly submitted that the order of reemployment will be duly issued allowing the petitioner to continue till the end of the Academic Year. He has also submitted that since there is continuous strike by the students in the 1st respondent College viz., CBM College, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore, the 1st respondent is not able to have proper access to the records inside the Administration office. Therefore, he has submitted that after the normalcy is restored in the College, the petitioner will be issued with an order of re-employment allowing him to continue till the end of the academic year.

2. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this will not in any way affect the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

continuance of the petitioner's service.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
