No.26343/ 2014/ T3 dated 24.08.2016 and the order passed in Na.Ka. No.26343/ 2014/ T3 dated 16.02.2017 by the third respondent herein and Na.Ka. No.26343/ 1/4

2014/ T3 dated 19.05.2017 by the third respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to fix the petitioner's seniority as Office Assistant from 30.06.2005 and promote the petitioner as Junior Assistant from the date of promotion of immediate junior with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
