Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 29.07.2019 seeking re-audit as per law on merits and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the Junior Training Officer who is the Administrative Officer of Pattukottai Co-operative Industrial Training Institute, a Unit of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Union and continues as such as on date. Audit for the year 2017-2018 came to be conducted in violation of Section 80 of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act without verification of cash balance and securities and valuation of the assets of the society. Hence the petitioner has submitted representation for re-auditing for the eyar 2017-2018 as per Section 80 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act and take action against Thiru V.Nagaraj, The Additional Registrar/Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Cooperative Union, Chennai by considering her representation dated 07.05.2019 and subsequent representation to the Director, Directorate of Cooperative Audit, Nandhanam, Chennai. However, the petitioner's representations were not considered by the respondents till date. Hence this writ petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.05.2019 and 29.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders after affording opportunity to the aggrieved persons on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
