The present Application has been filed to grant extension of time to execute a Security Bond in respect of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.P.No.273/2021 dated 04.03.2025.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.4181 of 2025 in O.P.No.273 of 2021 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 26.09.2025.
