ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decreetal order dated 30.08.2016 in I.A. No.13761/2015 in O.S.No.9290/2010 on the file of the learned VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S. No.9290/2010 on the file of the learned VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, has been dismissed for default.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to restore the same if the suit in O.S.No.9290/2010 on the file of the learned VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, is restored. No costs.
