These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 04.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.19745 and 19747 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the concerned trial Court during the case hearing dates, except on unforeseen circumstances.
