ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to pay of Rs.4,16,926/- (Four Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Six Only) to this petitioner as per the proceeding of the second respondent dated 09.07.2024 having reference Na.Ka.No. 2040 / 2019 / Aa3 within the time stipulated by this Honorable Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was awarded with work order to do pipeline repair works in order to prevent wastage of water by the second respondent. After completion of entire work, the petitioner raised bill for the works carried on various dates to the tune of Rs.4,16,926/- (Four Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Six Only). However, it was not considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a

representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent directed the third respondent by its communication dated 09.07.2024 to settle the dues of the petitioner. However, the petitioner was not settled so far and it is pending.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for the work completed by the petitioner and clear the bill as raised by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
