This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., and 04.30p.m until further orders vide order of this Court on 21.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12411 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24730 of 2022.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
