This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 18.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9525 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10286 of 2023 to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
