With the consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2015 to provide suitable employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground.

3. According to the petitioner, her mother Krishnaveni, who was working as a Village Nurse at Primary Health Centre, Athanvaur Village, during the course of employment, died on 31.05.2010. She gave an application to the 3rd respondent seeking appointment on compassionate ground on 09.09.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thereafter, she sent a reminder on 26.08.2015 to the 3rd respondent. Since, no order was passed by the 3rd respondent on the application submitted by the petitioner, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

4. Heard the counsels on either side and perused the records.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
