ORDER
The first respondent is a contesting respondent, against which, this Writ Petition is dismissed on 26.08.2011. Therefore, unless and until, the writ petition is restored as against the first respondent, the matter cannot be heard. Hence, this Writ petition stands dismissed as against the second respondent also.
2. Accordingly this Writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to file a petition to restore the Writ Petition against both the respondents and if such petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
filed, Registry shall list the petition before this Court without insisting upon any petition for condonation of delay. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
