Respondents Writ Petition filed under Ar ticle 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the paper Notificatiion published in Dinamani Tamil Daily dated 11.02.2016 with reference to Na.Ka.No.250/2015 (Mining-2) dated 08.02.2016 issued by the first respondent calling for tender to quarrying in and around of Krishnagiri District and quash the same as illegal, improper and against the natural justice and thereby direct the first respondent to issue fresh notification for calling for tender by incorporating a clause that the previous quarry license holder who committed default in payment are restricted to participate in the fresh tender by considering the representation dated 16.02.2016 of the petitioner.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the paper Notificatiion published in Dinamani Tamil Daily dated 11.02.2016 with reference to Na.Ka.No.250/2015 (Mining-2) dated 08.02.2016 issued by the first respondent calling for tender to quarrying in and around of Krishnagiri District and quash the same as illegal, improper and against the natural justice and thereby direct the first respondent to issue fresh notification for calling for tender by incorporating a clause that the previous quarry license holder who committed default in payment are restricted to participate in the fresh tender by considering the representation dated 16.02.2016 of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
