Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider my representation dated 23.07.2024 and directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to give police protection for construction four side compound wall around my house site premises.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for providing adequate police protection.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The fourth respondent is a neighbour of the petitioner's land. The fourth respondent filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.2950 of 2025. This Court, by an order dated 09.01.2025, directed the revenue authorities to survey the petitioner's property.
4. In view of the above, after surveying the fourth respondent's land, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the request made by the petitioner within a
period of four weeks from the date of survey of the fourth respondent's land.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
