petitions are filed against the interim orders passed by this Court. Now, the main writ petitions itself were disposed of and against the final orders, the petitioners have already preferred an appeal in W.A.Nos.2848, 2842, 2557, 2040 of 2018 & 768 of 2019 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
2. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order passed in the writ petitions were not implemented in view of the pendency of the Writ appeals on the same issue.
3. In view of the fact that, now issues are sub-judiced before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt petitions and hence the same stand closed. 21.06.2022 Index :
