This Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in so far as the second accused is concerned.

2. It is stated that the condition imposed was to appear once in a week ie., on every Wednesday and Saturday.

3. The order is modified that the petitioner should appear every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
