Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader takes for the respondent. With the consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2023, wherein and whereby, the petitioner sought for demarcation of property situated at Cheyyur 'A' Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District comprised in New Survey No.850/45 and Old Survey No.341/111; New Survey No.850/49 and Old Survey No.341/111; and New Survey No.850/47 and Old Survey No.341/109 admeasuring 205 sq.mts., 113 sq.mts and 112 sq.mts respectively comprised in Patta No.150 and also to correct the Old Survey number in the said Patta as Old Survey No.341/111 instead of Old Survey No.341/117.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 06.07.2023 for demarcation of the subject property and she has also paid adequate fees for the same, however, the respondent has not passed any orders so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2023, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, rival claimants and/or adjacent owners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
