This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to delete the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet list maintained by 3rd Respondent Police Station as History Sheet No.4/2009.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) says that the name of the petitioner has been removed from the History Sheet Register vide order dated 28.02.2023.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
