Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records the impugned demand notice of the fourth respondent dated 28.04.2017 MA.A.9 Vathu Na.Ka.No.R3/0203/2017 pertaining to the shop no.1273/20 GF, No.77, C.P.Ramasamy Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600 018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revise and fix the fair rent for the said shop in accordance with the rules and recommended guidelines.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned demand notice of the fourth respondent dated 28.04.2017 pertaining to the shop no.1273/20 GF, No.77, C.P.Ramasamy Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600 018 and consequently direct the respondents to revise and fix the fair rent for the said shop in accordance with the rules and recommended 2/5

guidelines.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the enhanced rent has been regularly paid by the petitioner up to date.
