This Court passed a conditional order on 29.08.2024 in the petition to condone delay petition in representing the appeal on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 12.09.2024.

2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that his junior did not bring the same to his notice and therefore, the costs has not been paid and the non-payment is neither willful nor wanton and the learned counsel would pray for extension of time for payment of costs.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time for payment of costs is extended by one week i.e., on or before 06.11.2024, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to this Court.
