This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer as to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.02 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Sub Court at Pollachi and transfer the same to the Principal Family Judge at Coimbatore instead of Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.Heard Mr.J.Kingsly Solomon for the petitioner.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
