ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.599 of 2025 from the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent for conducting investigation and filing final report.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter was missing and in respect of which, a complaint has also been given and FIR has been filed on 22.06.2025. However, the investigation was not conducted properly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's daughter is eloped with one Pandi and they are living in southern part. She has informed the police not to disturb her.

4. At the outset, this Court is of the view that such a direction cannot be issued, as the FIR has been registered just recently. Further, in view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no order is required to be passed in this Petition.
