O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to survey his properties situated in Survey Nos. 193/1, 193/2, 193/3, 168, 190/3 at Bailnadu Village, Kolimalai Taluk, Namakkal District by considering his online application dated 03.02.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property under sale deed dated 09.01.2023 and thereafter, patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner. He submitted an online application on 03.02.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned properties and the same has not been considered. Hence, he is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made 2/4

by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 03.02.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
