This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CCB-CBCID Cases), Egmore to dispose of the pending petition filed under Section 173 (8) of Cr.P.C., in C.CNo.9412 of 2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already given change of vakalat to the petitioner and the bundle has also been handed over.
