O R D E R

For non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 14.07.2023 in Crl.OP No.15771 of 2023, directing the respondent to complete the investigation and for filing the Final Report, within a period of four weeks, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing on behalf of the respondent, submitted that the Final Report is filed before the Special Court for POCSO offences at Chengalpattu and the same has been taken on file in Special SC No.189 of 2023.
