O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider her representation dated 14.02.2024 seeking issuance of genuineness certificate to the petitioner's assignment patta dated 19.06.2000 in respect of the property situated in S.No.145/15, Athipattu Village - II, Ponneri Taluk,

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was assigned to her by the Tahsildar, Ponneri Taluk by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1347/2000 dated 19.06.2000. As per the condition of assignment patta, the petitioner has not alienated the property for the period of 10 years. 2/5

Hence, the petitioner filed a representation before the third respondent seeking issuance of genuineness certificate, pertains to petitioner's assignment patta, so as to enable her to place it before the registering authority and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
