ORDER

This Petition has been filed to call for the records in CC.No.466/2024 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and to set aside the same and consequently issue a direction to the 1st Respondent for reinvestigation.

2. According to the petitioner, she has already given a complaint in Cr.No.539 of 2022 against his father -in-law and family members alleged offences under Sections 170, 419, 353 and 507 of IPC and including the provisions of Corruption Act.

3. Though the complaint has been filed against the accused in Cr.No.539 of 2022 for various offences and the same has been closed. Now, the 2nd FIR has been registered and the investigation is completed and final report is filed.

4. Perused materials available on record. The entire dispute appears to be with regard to matrimonial dispute. The petitioner seeks for reinvestigation. She

has already filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.16974 of 2023. By an order dated 10.11.2013, similar relief was negatived by this Court. Once again, the petitioner filed this Petition by invoking the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C./ Section 528 of BNSS.

5. This Court is of the view that if the petitioner of the view that if the investigation is not properly conducted , agitate the same before the concerned Court and not before this Court. Hence, I find no merits in this Petition.
