(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.C.Kanagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondent 5.

2. Learned counsel for the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) Department submits that inspection would be conducted by the HR & CE Department and thereafter, further

decision would be taken, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

3. Learned State Government Pleader appearing for the State Archaeological Department also submits that inspection would be conducted of the subject Temple. It is submitted that further steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken expeditiously.

4. In view of the aforesaid statements, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.29587 & 29590 of 2023 are closed.
