ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order, dated 21.02.2022 under which the petitioner was suspended from service. The petitioner has also given a representation on 05.09.2022 for revocation of the impugned suspension order. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this Writ Petition.

2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the said representation of the petitioner seeking for revocation of the suspension order, which is challenged in this Writ Petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.09.2022 seeking for revocation of the suspension order, dated 21.02.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, and in the light of the said G.O.(Ms).No.81, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
