This Application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1205 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.5/-. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that after taking back the return papers, the office of the Advocate was closed owing to Covid - 19 pandemic and the case papers were mixed up with the other case papers. It was then found that the Court fee was wrongly calculated and there was a deficit and the Court fee to be paid as required by the Registry.

3.In view of the above reasons, this petition is allowed. The Registry to number SA.SR.No.80942 of 2019, if it is otherwise in order. 08.12.2022 smv
