A. No.1 (1)/ 1620/ 2015 dated 08.12.2016 and quash the same and direct the 1 / 4

respondents to regularize the petitioners services in the post of driver with effect from the date of his appointment, namely, 01.12.2013 and grant him all consequential benefits.

ORDER

When the writ petition was listed on 25.03.2024, there was no representation on either side. Therefore, registry was directed to list the matter on 10.04.2024 for dismissal. On 07.08.2024, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore registry was directed to post the matter on 19.08.2024 under caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequentially connected WMP is closed.
