ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.252/2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Attur, Salem District.

2. The allegation against the accused in the final report is that they had unlocked the gate and door and entered into the house of the defacto complainant and had stolen 14 sovereigns of gold. The materials have also been collected by the investigating officer and seizure has also been effected from the petitioner. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to quash the Final Report. It is for the petitioner to establish his innocence before the trial Court.
