ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.63 of 2022, pending on the file of the C-3 Kadathur Police Station within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.63 of 2022 on 27.03.2022, no final report has been filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
