This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to condone the delay of 117 in representation to set aside the abatement to bring on record of the proposed plaintiffs M.Rajakumari, M.Murali and M.Priya as legal heirs of the deceased Muthamil Selvam as plaintiffs 8, 9 and 10 in Dy.No.112545, 112546 & 112547 of 2022 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
