ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the report that has already been placed by the 3rd respondent through proceedings dated 19.12.2023 and to cancel the fraudulent Legal heir ship Certificate dated 11.03.2020, by including the name of the 4th respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 produced the written instruction received from the 3rd respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the 3rd respondent has already placed the report before the 2nd

3/5 respondent and based on the same, the 2nd respondent also conducted enquiry on 14.02.2025. It is stated that the proceedings are pending before the 2nd respondent till date.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also taking note of the written instructions given by the 3rd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to all interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
