ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 17.02.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent dated 17.02.2016, in and by which the permission sought for by the petitioner to hold demonstration in front of Taluk Office, Seergazhi, Nagapattinam District and to hold Auto Propaganda in and around Seergazhi on 20.02.2016, was rejected.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the Official Respondents are willing to grant permission to the petitioner to hold their demonstration in front of the Old Bus Stand, Near State Bank, Seergazhi, instead of Taluk Office, Seergazhi, by imposing necessary conditions.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there is no need to give any specific direction in this writ petition. Accordingly, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
