ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 29.05.2025 in W.P.No.30314 of 2024 and W.M.P.No.33004 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that as per the direction issued by this Court in Order dated 29.05.2025 in W.P.No.30314 of 2024 and W.M.P.No.33004 of 2024, 3rd respondent has disbursed the petitioner's salary arrears from February 2025 and thereby, 3rd respondent has duly complied the Order dated 29.05.2025 in W.P.No.30314 of 2024 and W.M.P.No.33004 of 2024 passed by this Court. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the Proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.1832/Aa1/2024 dated 17.11.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent to prove the compliance of the said order.

3. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
