Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 2nd respondent's proceedings Na.Ka.No.42954/ 2023/E1 dated 05.04.2025 and quash the same and in consequence to that direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to retrieve the said property into the utilization of general public as per earlier recordings as common "Burial Ground" by way of removing any construction and related activity carried on.
