2.Mr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel takes notice for R2/United India Insurance Company Limited.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 151 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 151 days, in the appeal.
6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
7. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
8. Post the matter on 23.01.2023 along with C.M.A.No.1293 of 2022.
