This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the judgment dated 01.08.2023 passed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.A.No.10 of 2023.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in possession of the certified copy of the judgment and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
