C.M.P.No.19487 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.122392 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.Heard Mr.Murali Vinoth, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 39 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 39 days, in the appeal.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.

7. Post the matter on 03.02.2023.
