The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his petitioner representation dated 28.01.2016 with regard to conducting TNSET 2016 Examination scheduled on 21.02.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up after notice, it is informed that the said examination was already held and results are also published. It is also stated that the petitioner has not taken part in the examination.
3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
