2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection to allow these applications provided the applicant cooperates for the earlier disposal of the claim petition in which the evidence is being let in now.

3.Considering the representation of the learned counsel for the respondents, A.No.4612 of 2025 is allowed. Consequently, A.No.4613 of 2025 is closed as infructuous.
