This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 07.06.2023 in applicable 2023/0103/35/320112, to transfer patta in he name of the petitioner within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 07.06.2023 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
