PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents in relation to the proceedings issued in O.M.No.3661/A1/2022 dated 19.09.2022 by the third respondent and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to extend the benefit of Government letter No.P.M.No.2203/D3/91 dated 18.01.1991 and the order in O.A.No.3850 of 1991 dated 07.11.2003 of the learned Administrative Tribunal and in W.P.No.24454 of 2006 dated 18.08.2006 and in W.A.No.1416 of 2006 dated 14.11.2006 of this Court to the petitioner and count the service in the ordinary grade of P.G. Assistant post and in ordinary Grade of Head Master, High School together and to award selection Grade in the post of Head Master, High School on completion of 10 years of service, on 19.03.2015 with arrears.
