This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the Lower Court in pursuance with order dated 27.09.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.14920 of in Crl.O.P.No.12875 of 2022.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) as cost to the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 15.12.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
