Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Declaration to declare that the respondents are liable to pay a just and reasonable compensation to the victims for the damages suffered by them both mentally and physically either by direct or indirect consequences of the consumption of liquor sold by respondents 1 to 3 through the 4th respondent to the family and non-family members of the persons affected by the consumption of liquor, by working out a mechanism for the payment of such compensation, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
