With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue certified copies of remaining related papers in file No.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.en.E2/58189/2013 dated 08.01.2013. 3.The petitioner has made a representation dated 30.11.2015 as contemplated under Sections 74 & 76 of Indian Evidence Act, requesting the respondents to issue certified copies of Document in File No.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.en.E2/58189/2013 dated 08.01.2013 dated 08.01.2013. The first respondent office has furnished few certified copies vide letter No.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.en.E2/48880/2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the said documents was incomplete, further the petitioner asked for the remaining document, for which the first respondent replied that the remaining documents are available in the office of the second respondent.
The petitioner sent another application dated 04.01.2016 to the second respondent, requesting him to furnish the remaining document in the above said file. The second respondent has not furnished any documents, hence the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 4.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent is ready to furnish the remaining relevant documents on payment of necessary charges.
5.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the petitioner to submit representation to the second respondent along with necessary charges, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of necessary payment and representation, the second respondent is directed to furnish the remaining related documents to the petitioner herein within a period of one week, thereon.
